Credit Manager - Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a Credit Manager - Supply Chain to manage credit evaluation, risk assessment, and timely disbursement of unsecured finance across the solar supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit operations, vendor management, and ensuring strict adherence to turnaround times (TATs) while supporting business generation.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate creditworthiness of EPC contractors, connectors, and other supply chain partners

- Manage end-to-end credit process from lead conversion to final disbursement

- Ensure credit decisions and disbursement processes are completed within defined TAT

- Approve credit limits and define terms based on risk profiling and business goals

- Monitor overdue payments, maintain aging reports, and reduce DSO

- Liaise with internal teams including sales, finance, and legal to ensure smooth operations

- Conduct periodic reviews of partners' credit performance and financial health

- Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and audit requirements

- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance credit turnaround time and operational efficiency

Experience & Qualification:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred

- 2+ years of experience in credit management, preferably in solar finance, or supply chain

- Proficiency in working with TAT-driven environments and financial software/ERP systems

- Strong communication, risk analysis, and stakeholder management skills
