Designation: Credit Manager - Real Estate
Role & Responsibilities:- Oversee the corporate real estate credit underwriting and funding group business for the designated portfolio.
- Find and conduct initial assessment and appraisal of opportunities in the Real Estate and Non-Real Estate sectors for Special Situations funding, Structured Finance funding, and Stressed Assets funding, and determine the best structure
- For investments made through lending services that are accessible.
- In order to make a credit judgment, evaluate the borrower's financial situation and the firms' credit worthiness by examining financial data such as the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statements, and annual reports.
- Examine the legal, compliance, and market-risk concerns that arise during the loan procedure.
- Structured proposal formulation, coordination with clients and intermediaries for different data.
- Oversee the credit purchasing process, keeping an eye on turnaround times, approvals, sample reviews, and process quality checks.
- Keeping up with the lending portfolio's MIS.
