Job Title: Credit Manager - LAP (Loan Against Property)

Job Summary:

- Evaluate and process loan applications for the Loan Against Property (LAP) product.

- Conduct detailed credit analysis, including financial statement reviews, cash flow assessments, and borrower evaluations.

- Ensure timely approval of loan proposals in alignment with company policies and credit guidelines.

- Monitor and manage the portfolio to minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).

- Work closely with the sales and collections teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and recovery processes.

- Stay updated with market trends and regulatory requirements affecting the LAP segment.

- Prepare and present periodic credit reports and risk assessments to senior management.

Key Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in credit underwriting (LAP preferred).

- Strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
