Credit Manager - Loan Against Property

Position : Credit Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) {Grade - Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP}

Location : Delhi NCR, Mumbai & Bangalore

Ensure high portfolio quality in Loan Against Property in the location, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers), with very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement.

- Very low defects as part of underwriting

- Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Central team on all application being processed

- Very close monitoring on non starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their sourcing pattern.

- Giving Feedback to channels/Vendors on a monthly basis on their performance levels and taking corrective action to improve the efficiency of vendors.

- Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head office, and regulatory compliance in the location.

- Channel risk management by identifying knowing all channels, and identifying good and bad channels.

- To interact closely with other functions such as Sales/ Operations / Collections/ CPU/ Policy/ Product etc in ensuring a smooth day to day functioning at the location.

- Deferral Clearance by Coordinating with Customer, Sales and OPS Team.

Work Experience : Minimum 2 and Maximum 10 years
