Credit Manager - Home Loans - CA/ICWA - NBFC

Mirus Solutions is hiring for a leading NBFC having branches PAN India. We have a urgent requirement of Credit Manager for Home Loans.

Job Description:

- Will underwrite home loan proposals.

Requirements :

- Candidate with prior experience in Underwriting, Credit appraisal, PD's, sanction and approvals of Home loans.

- Good knowledge of lending Business

- Good Analytical skills and ideas to generate new business

- Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT

- Provide Feedback to Regional /HO Authorities on Credit / Operations Process / Policies on a regular basis

- Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team

- Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT

- Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback

- CA / ICWA / MBA (finance) with min 3 years of experience in credit underwriting for home loans.
