Credit Manager - Commercial Real Estate - Bank

This is regarding job opportunity with leading private bank.

Designation: Credit Manager - Commercial Real Estate.

Experience: 7-12 years.

Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

- Initial screening of financing agreements and structuring for commercial real estate.

- Collaboration with the internal teams (operations, legal, technical, and relationship) to deliver solutions to clients in a timely and well-coordinated manner.

- Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model. Additionally, answering questions and continuously gathering data.

- Term sheets, presentation of the proposal to sanctioning authorities, preparation of review and renewal credit reports for the purpose of reviewing the limits.

- Evaluating the same for credit alerts, and verification of disbursements to guarantee compliance with sanctioned conditions are all included.

- Due diligence and credit analysis. Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN)
