Credit Head - Unsecured Loans

- Creating Credit related Policies/Underwriting Policies for entire portfolio (unsecured loans)

- Design various credit products for unsecured loans

- Experience of working in retail credit profile is a must

- Ensure processing of Unsecured Loans applications as per the policy parameters set by the NBFC

- Ensuring that the controls and checks are followed as per the defined process

- Ensuring high underwriting quality and processing efficiency

- Implementation of defined processes

- Interacting with sales and risk and providing feedback on the quality of applications sourced

- Automating the existing processes to improve productivity and TAT
