This is regarding opening with a leading NBFC as a Credit Head- Unsecured Lending
Designation : Credit Head- Unsecured Lending
Exp : 10+ years of work experience in Credit Management with Digital Back ground in unsecured loan products like Business loan. Personal Loan
Education : CA only
Location : Mumbai
Key responsibilities :
- Lead the credit team comprising data analysts
- Own the entire credit underwriting process for the assigned region, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, early warning and delinquency management and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Monitor the local market on a monthly basis through interaction with customers, branches and other market intermediaries and provide recommendations for corrective action in sourcing, underwriting, etc.
- Arrange for Credit programs and training within company credit framework, providing inputs to analytics team to build portfolio analytics and scoring model, ensuring that there is no compromise on the quality of credit & maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Oversee and initiate follow-ups with external vendors to ensure timely query resolution/ report submission and eliminate any undue/ non-process related delays.
- Collaborate with the team to improve the effectiveness of business decisions using data and machine learning/predictive modelling.
- Utilize effective project planning techniques to break down complex projects into tasks and ensure deadlines are kept.
- Great leadership skills. Very proactive. Interacts with other business leaders to both learn as well as influence. Partnership approach and collaborative attitude
