Credit Head - Housing Finance (7-12 yrs)
Credit Head - Housing Finance
- End-to-end responsibility for pan-India credit and operations in Home Loan, LAP & builder finance portfolio including maintaining asset quality
- Deliver Credit assessment of Home Loans, LAP & Builder finance - Follow TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures
- Build & fortify credit team, plan product & credit strategy, and strengthen presence in key target markets
- Assess and set credit policies and procedures that provide for smooth credit evaluation with in specified TATs while also ensuring that asset quality is maintained and opportunity for fraud is minimized
- Identify and lead initiatives for process improvement and technology adoption for risk management, reporting and operations management
- Credit decision on select loans based on policies, processes and merits of the case (as per sanctioning authority matrix)
- Evaluate and approve regional & branch level underwriting norms
- Oversee identification and resolution of fraudulent practices and mitigate risk through changes in policy and process
- Strategically plan, develop and build strategic tie-ups with various interest groups such as credit reporting agencies, fraud agencies, collections/recovery agencies etc.
