Designation - Credit Head
Product - Gold Loan
Location - Mumbai (Goregaon)
Responsibility :
1. Evaluating Gold Loan proposals obtained from the RL branch network or elsewhere
2. Create scorecards and other underwriting models using alternative data obtained by AI/ML.
3. Research, evaluation, and interpretation of gold loan lending's valuation and other check mechanisms
4. Actively collaborate with company leaders to create/arrive at individualized solutions
5. Audit compliance with all requirements set forth by the head office and regulatory requirements
6. Taking the lead, providing guidance, and keeping an eye on team members' performance to ensure process and operation efficiency
7. Establishing and maintaining a dynamic atmosphere that encourages possibilities for professional growth and encourages excellent performance among team members.
