Credit Head - Bank/NBFC

Experience required:

 Must haves:

- Experience in credit risk in an Indian bank or NBFC

- Experience in handling unsecured credit products (ticket size upto 30 lakhs) -

Preferred :

- Experience in digitization/ automation of credit process

- Experience in generating scorecards for loan appraisal

- Experience in Western India preferred

Skills Required:

- Operational risk management and modelling

- Understanding of end market for credit

- Regulatory understanding and compliance

Key responsibilities:

- Manage Mumbai and subsequently Western India for unsecured loans for SMEs/MSMEs -

- Involve in Policy and Process development and implementation

- Manage process for Credit Approvals, Controls and Risk management -

- Monitor credit quality of the accounts in the portfolio

- Liaise with clients, externals and internal team ask subject expert for risk and credit -

- Focus on leakages and critical controls pertaining to risk and credit systems
