We have requirement with one of the Housing Finance Company

Position : Head Credit

Education : MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBA/ CA

Location : Chennai

Age: Max 45 Years

Job Role :

- Managing the overall credit function.

- Implementation of policies, procedures, and credit underwriting guideline.

- Formulate, review and implement the Credit Policy of the company for the market segment (working with primarily undocumented income/credit profiles) sought to be served

- Maintenance of TAT, Compliance, policies and procedures as per NHB guidance.

- Managing large business volumes

- Manage productivity and TAT of the team

- Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

- Loan operation activities

- Managing end to end disbursement process

- Working closely with HO and Regional leadership.

Experience:

- 12-18 Years of experience in Asset Credit, Risk Assessment, Credit Operations and Credit underwriting.

- Candidates with underwriting experience in Home Loans/ Affordable Home Loan/Mortgages will be preferred.
