Credit Cards Initiation - Quality Control (3-10 yrs)
Job Purpose:
Quality Control:
- Lead a team of specialists to ensure adherence of U/W policies and processes on applications processed.
- Co-ordinate and liase with various audit compliance teams
- Conduct periodic / regular checks and visits at vendor premises
- Use smart data mining tools to analyze and proactively identify gaps and issues/enhancements in processes.
- To facilitate team and business seniors with a Quality control report containing adherence level for each parameters.
- Strategize and plan on continuous Quality improvement by refining the parameters.
- Work with Vendor Manager and Vendor Training & QA Manager for continuously reducing process errors.
Portfolio Maintenance:
- Ensure smooth flow of issuance of adds-on and photo cards / reissuance processes.
- Manage Inactive cards processes and communication to customer base.
- Manage the process of return to origin cards, co-ordinate with CDU & other Operations units for destruction of cards.
- Manage the cards renewal process.

Direct Reports to the Position - 3-4
Total reports to each position - 3-4
Candidate Specifications
1. PGDBA / MBA / Chartered Accountant
2. Strong networking, communication skill and Positive attitude
3. Good technical and interaction skills, ability to coordinate with technology on system changes
4. Vendor and People management & a good team player
5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
