Sr Analyst & Principal Analyst - Analytics

Location - Bangalore

1) Job Responsibilities (Day to day requirement)

- Execute and lead business analysis projects autonomously.

- Build relevant business knowledge.

- Work on multiple projects at a time.

- Present recommendations and gain buy-in.

- Coach and mentor junior analysts by sharing expertise.

- Ability to interact with and present to senior management.

2) Skills and Experience (Technical)

Established competency in one or more of following:

- Financial Analysis

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling

- Working knowledge of analytical tools and complex data sources preferred

- Strong English language presentation and communication skills

- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience with a good knowledge of financial services products or experience with consumer analytics in retail/telecom/insurance etc.

3) Overall priorities and mindset

Self motivated individuals who are comfortable working in bigger teams. A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must.

4) Educational requirements:

- Master degree in Finance / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics / Business Management from a premiere institute

OR

- B Tech in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications /

- Engineering from any of the IIT’s with additional 2 years of relevant experience

- Candidates from Credit card Analytics, Chaid,Modelling & Segmentation Background would be preferred.
