Credit Analyst - Structured Finance

The person will work in the Structured Finance area

Areas of work would involve the following:

1. Initiate credit research for Corporates across industries, tenors, structures and instruments & across industry sectors viz: Industrials, NBFC, Consumers, Health Care, Hospitality, Infrastructure,

2. Presenting all credit initiation and monitoring reports to the Investment Committee.

3. Coordination with external agencies for Financial Due Diligence, Valuation and documentation to ensure commercial interest is appropriately protected in all deals.

4. Involved in post investment monitoring of credit profile, external ratings and covenants for all transactions.
