We are seeking to hire a Credit Analyst/Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of clients and report to the Head of Credit. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the financial status of potential customers, monitoring existing clients, performing risk assessments, determine the credit worthiness of applicants, writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit.

Level: Mid/Senior

Requirement:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting is required; a master's degree in these fields is preferred.

- Experience of 4-10 years.

- Should have worked in Banks/NBFCs/lending start-ups with exposure to retail credit.

- Professional accreditation such as a chartered financial analyst (CFA) or a CA is a plus.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
