Role Expectations - 1. Underwriting risk of healthcare financing products, and/or other asset backed products 2. Monitor operational and financial processes for (potential) risk incidents and process improvements (Optional: this can include portfolio analysis). 3. Ensure that Operational Risk losses are within specified targets by providing proper follow-up of all incidents and reporting, as well as follow up of structural actions required to avoid recurrent incidents Losses concerning Operational Risk are continuously within target 4. Identify and implement specific (process) improvements and follow up the reported (potential) incidents with the stakeholders involved and ensure that remedial action is taken. 5. Monitor processes for adherence with internal and external rules and regulations such as in control frameworks (ICF), Basel and internal Risk Policies. Develop and monitor local ICF controls. The embedding of risk rules and controls in daily processes and procedures ensures compliance with internal and external regulations. 6. Prepare management reports regarding current operational and enterprise risk issues in the country. High quality management reports will serve as a basis for management decisions on risk and process improvements. 7. Ensure that the risk administration is complete and up to date. Support colleagues in the use of risk related tools and systems. A sound administration leads to fewer risk incidents and readily available risk information. Required Experience - 1. At least 5 years in credit analysis with a bank of NBFC only 2. Must have worked in a healthcare financing or asset backed product line 3. Understanding of banking/NBFC operations, with overview of RBI regulations - Role reports into the Head of Credit and is based in Mumbai, New Delhi. - Request relevant applicants only.
