- Credit Analysis : Due diligence and credit appraisal of corporate debt proposals.

- Sanctioning : Structuring of the deal;

- Preparation of deal appraisal notes and sensitivity model for presentation to investment committees; preparation of Sanction Letter, closure of Legal Documents & coordinating the deal execution

- Monitoring : Detailed & regular monitoring of accounts in coordination with Respective Team, including construction budget control, collection routing etc and any deviations in Business Plan.
