Job description for this position :
- Preparation of Financial Projections
- Corporate Presentation
- Proposal notes
- Coordination with lender etc.
Qualification and Experience :
Qualification: CA, MBA, CFA
- Experience in the preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposals, Coordination with banks etc.
- Should have experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value in excess of INR 15 crs for corporates/NBFC/Real estate etc
- Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transactions/One-time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring, /Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) cases or worked under Insolvency Practitioner (IP) can also be considered
- Candidate working in finance dept of companies having borrowings of over Rs.300 crores
- Excellent command over Excel and PowerPoint
