Company: A well known MNC Bank operating in India for over 20 years.

Job Summary:

a. Role: Credit Analyst

b. Work Location: Chennai/ Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Key skills - Balance sheet analysis, cash flow analysis, financial modelling and deal structuring capabilities.

2. Focus on deal execution, deal structuring and deal documentation.

3. Evaluate the credit requirements of potential customers in various segments.

4. Preparation of the credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, industry management and financials.

5. Finalisation of terms and conditions (e.g. facility to be provided and structure) of the proposals.

6. Identification of risk factors

7. Focus on deal execution, deal structuring and deal documentation.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant/ CFA, MBA or equivalent qualification

- 3+ years of experience in a bank/NBFC/Credit Rating firm
