CrediMe - Talent Acquisition Role (2-5 yrs)

About the role:
CrediMe is a well-funded fintech venture being launched in September. We are building a hard-working, fun-loving, meritocratic culture. We are looking for a rockstar, proactive, self-driven recruiter to join the team and support non-tech hiring. The recruiter will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to execute hiring mandates, while facilitating a seamless and positive candidate experience. We are looking for a fast paced recruiter who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on our growing teams. The person should be able to work independently without supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building pipeline to closing candidates
- Deploy multiple sourcing channels to creatively identify and tap talent
- Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels, while assessing the ROI on responsiveness, quality and costs
- Own the full execution of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure including recruitment administration
- Act with urgency and manage a high volume of inbound and referral candidates
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers by making recommendations on our hiring process, setting recruiting best practices and providing regular updates
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager
- Coordinate and partner with external recruitment agencies as may be required
- Support the manager in various hiring related projects and surveys to refine the current hiring practices
