Iteratively improve on the product by running tests - Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights - Author strong business cases backed up by data and financial analyses to justify the roadmap - Write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy -Responsible for prioritization of features based on assessment of business impact & effort. - Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together Required Qualifications & Skills: - 4+ years of strong Product Management experience for a consumer App that achieved scale and maturity - Educational Qualification: B.Tech./B.Engg. from IITs/NITs/Top Institutes and MBA from IIMs/ISB/Top International Schools - Deep understanding and empathy for users - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Relentless attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Ability to analyse and use metrics & data to make informed decisions - Understanding of technology and exposure to software coding - Understanding of and experience in Product Development Life Cycle. Working knowledge of Agile environment would be an added advantage - Experience in Business Requirement Specification documentation/product backlog (Epics, User stories) - Understanding of user experience (UI/UX) - Experience of successfully launching multiple products and features on Android Apps - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including technical writing skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - Excellent work ethic with result-driven attitude
