Profile: - We are looking for a dynamic Product Leader to join our team. We are looking for a fast paced person who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on a positive customer experience. The person should be able to work independently without supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance quickly in his/her career. - Work with the CEO on various strategic initiatives. - Work cross-functionally with various teams. Responsibilities: - You will work with business & customers in formulating vision, roadmap, and goals for a suit of products - Analyze data to derive product & business insights and use them to strategize changes. Iteratively improve on the product by running tests - Process, review and interpret large bodies of qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights - Author strong business cases backed up by data and financial analyses to justify the roadmap - You will write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy - Be responsible for prioritization of features based on assessment of business impact & effort. - Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together Required Qualifications: - 4+ years working as a Product Manager/Leader - Deep understanding and empathy for users, ability to think from users point of view - Excellent business analysis & problem-solving skills - Ability to analyse and use data to inform decisions - Understanding of technology and exposure to software coding - Product development experience including experience in digital product building/tech delivery is preferred - Understanding and experience of Digital Product Development Life Cycle. Experience of working in an Agile environment is preferred - Experience in Business Requirement Specification documentation/product backlog (Epics, User stories) - Understanding of user experiences (UI/UX) - Have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (Android, desktop, and web) - Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills - Demonstrated the ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - Result-driven, goal-oriented work ethic
