We are looking for a rockstar, proactive, self-driven Recruitment (non-tech) cum HR professional to join the team. The person will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to execute Hiring and HR mandates, while facilitating a seamless and positive candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities: HR - Own and administer implementation of all HR org initiatives across the company - HR Administration: recruitment, onboarding support, exits, confirmations, payroll input, compliance, MIS reporting etc - Employee communication/engagement: Employee SPOC for any query/issue resolution. Effectively handle employee counseling/ grievance management/ disciplinary action, as the case may be. - Performance Management system: Work with the business leaders to implement the performance management process for respective teams along with required data analysis and data updation on HRMS - Implement Rewards and Recognition program - Employee Engagement: Responsible for fun at work activities, organizing offsites, townhalls, communication meetings etc - Ensure that all required HR services are provided according to predetermined service levels Recruitment - Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from building pipeline to closing candidates - Deploy multiple sourcing channels to creatively identify and tap talent - Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels, while assessing the ROI on responsiveness, quality and costs - Own the full execution of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure including recruitment administration - Act with urgency and manage a high volume of inbound and referral candidates - Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers by making recommendations on our hiring process, setting recruiting best practices and providing regular updates - Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the supervisor - Coordinate and partner with external recruitment agencies as may be required - Support the manager in various hiring related projects and surveys to refine the current hiring practices About you: - Understanding of HR generalist functions including: compensation, benefits, performance management HRIS, and administrative aspects. - Excellent analytical skills and natural problem solver - Excellent ability to organize and communicate concepts both written &amp; verbal - Multi-task, prioritize and own/drive projects to completion - Exercise sound judgment, common sense and maintain confidentiality - Proficient with MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint - Hands-on with HRIS, payroll systems, and applicant tracking software (a plus) - Team player with a passion for HR - Energetic and Gritty, with a 'roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes' Attitude - Self-monitored and competitive, able to work with minimal supervision while achieving targets and goals - Driven, focused, and quick to take ownership of work - Willing to get into the details and open to feedback - Curious an a Go-getter - Ready to take on a lot of responsibility and work collaboratively with the team - Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in ambiguity - things change quickly in our fast-paced company and you'll need to be able to keep up!
