Profile/Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Leader to join our team. We are looking for a fast paced person who has a strong bias for action and a desire to make an impact on a positive customer experience. The person should be able to work independently without supervision. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to advance quickly in his/her career.

- Work with the CEO on various strategic initiatives.

- Work cross-functionally with various teams.

Role :

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence on various relevant platforms.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Responsible for App installs and re - installs numbers

- Drive User growth through paid marketing

- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Performance and Organic Marketing

- Demonstrated success in managing multiple channels, and achieving goals

- Tech savvy and data-driven to help shape a multi-channel marketing function and drive results

- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to relate to people with varied backgrounds and career ambitions navigating an ever-changing environment

- Superior verbal and written communication, as well as presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences

- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning an agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy.
