Key Responsibilities as Product Marketing Manager :
- Work with the sales team to constantly meet requisite targets and accordingly plan & strategize marketing budgets, strategy, and execution.
- Create and Develop campaigns, figure out channels to target, help create relevant promo material, get the same executed
- Analyse and optimize marketing strategy, look at numbers and figure out the best channels to target potential customers
- Help acquire customers at the lowest possible CAC and optimize and experiment to achieve that.
- Build the analytics engine to arrive at conclusions via a scientific and data-backed approach

Qualifications and skills:
Analytical Skills: Ability to develop insights & strategize to deliver results at the minimum possible costs

Growth hacking: Ability to find ways to hack growth and deliver results without much inorganic spending.
Communication Skills: Ability to create great content as well as to explain the strategy to the rest of the team so that everyone is aligned.
Experience with Platforms: Must have worked with all ad platforms, created content, done SEO and tools required to optimize the process.
Experience: 3-7 years of experience
Good to Have - Previous experience in a startup
