The selected candidate will be required to : Working closely with the co-founders on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination. This is a key role that impacts all areas of the business - you will be working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. You will have the ability to directly impact and improve decision and processes, and your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout the company - Leading the initiation and execution of new strategic initiatives - Managing multiple stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done - Responsible for managing the fund raising process for the company - Manage relationship with lenders and assist in raising debt for the company - Leading the strategic alliances for the company Requirements : An ideal candidate for this role should have : - At least 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Strategy/Fund Raising - Either an MBA (Finance) from a good B-School or Chartered Accountant - Experience in financial analysis and financial modeling - Self-directed, resourceful and comfortable with operating in ambiguity - Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Good presentation & analytical skills - Lots of drive
