Job Title - Head - Branding, Marketing and Public Relations

External Stakeholders - Credable Clients, Media and Business Stakeholders

Overview of the Role - Should have experience in Utilizing range of techniques including SEM, SEO and PPC for campaign outcomes.

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company (B2C & B2B).

- Sound expertise in the domain of Brand Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media Planning & implementing and evaluating end-to-end PR campaigns, Reputation Enhancement and Crisis Management.

- Deep understanding of consumer insights, strategic and innovative communication; driving campaigns to maximize their ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment)

- Responsible for Conceptualizing, Increasing brand visibility in B2B magazines, events, seminars etc.

Job responsibilities - Lead the branding, marketing and PR strategy and implementation in alignment with the CEO & CBO to advance the business's brand identity across the industry.

- Responsible for conceptualizing formulated social media content, implementing and evaluating end-to-end PR campaigns along with external PR agencies.

- Design and implement communication strategy for Credable.

- Increasing brand visibility in B2B magazines, events, CFO conferences etc. Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.

- Work with internal stakeholders to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing.

- Identify the opportunities of releasing authorized articles to be published in the social media. Building and fostering relationships with the media (print/online/audio-visual/consulting) nationwide. Requirements and develop policies and procedures to ensure Credable is fully compliant.

Experience - 8 or more years of experience in branding, marketing and PR strategy. Total of 10+ years of experience.

Education Background Bachelor's degree, qualified CA / CFA/ MBA preferable.

Skills & Competencies- Conceptualizing and developing the marketing strategy for the firm. Managing efficacies of creative & media solutions. Revitalizing the image of the brand & mapping brand equity. Leading the creative and media agency interface (across ATL & Digital). Responsible for articulating brand & media briefs for the agencies. Deep expertise in consumer insights, strategic and innovative communication, driving campaigns to maximize their ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment).

- 8+ years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with the unique ability to understand the ongoing market scenario and customers trends using exceptional marketing communication skills.Strong marketing background, interpersonal skills and managerial abilities for achieving the company's marketing goals in the best possible way.
