what is CRED?

here's what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team:

with a deep understanding of how different industries & brands operate in their use cases of various advertising & marketing platforms, you will be the face of CRED amongst new & existing partners & will engage with them on a day to day basis to unearth value for them & in meeting CRED's goals.

what will you do-

- create a systematic, process-driven approach to brand outreach and partner management

- identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls & emails

- research brands, identify key players and generate interest across industries for CRED Rewards

- hit monthly supply & monetization goals with new and existing partner relationships

- negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies

- deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent CRED and be our partners- liaison internally

- forecast, measure, and report the results of various product associations with partners, including Rewards types & in-app marketing avenues

- keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offering new ways to grow the partnership

- liaison with multiple teams like Product & Campaign to make sure all reward requirements & timelines are met

You should apply if you-

- have 3-7 years of strategic partnership experience, preferably across multiple industries

- are familiar with current digital avenues brands leverage for awareness, visibility & engagement

- have an already established network of contacts

- are goal-oriented & thrive in high ownership and independent environment

- have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- have excellent organizational and time management skills

- have the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- can think strategically & have a track record for solving problems elegantly

- have a strong Networking & relationship building aptitude

- are great at multitasking & liasoning

- are enthusiastic about closing deals & meeting targets
