what is CRED?

Here's what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team

what you will do:

- Be an ambassador for CRED - attract and hire the best talent in the industry

- Drive recruitment strategy for the technical hiring side at CRED

- Independently drive hiring needs for our business units end to end and manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment

- Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management

- Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams

- Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds

- Manage and drive the entire life-cycle of recruitment at CRED

- Initiate and drive projects from time to time to help optimise and make the recruitment process more efficient

you should apply if you:

- Have 7- 10 years experience recruiting, sourcing and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment

- Have a great understanding of different roles in the industry; with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards

- Are a great storyteller by nature and can represent the vision of CRED

- Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process

- Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
