We crack industry-first partnerships in order to offer a brag-worthy lifestyle for our members. Ongoing responsibilities include : - Owning all campaigns for the CRED Lifestyle cluster - functioning as the endpoint decision-maker on constructs, narratives, and user experience - Acting as the brand custodian for CRED on lifestyle interface and integration on partner portals - Working with the team to strategize and improve adoption and engagement metrics for all users. Tracking and analyzing customer behavior to arrive at insights on what kind of rewards work best for which segment of users - Owning the Lifestyle Calendar - planning regular rewards, topical campaigns, experiments, events, etc and strategizing on generating maximum possible traction from each - Work towards a comprehensive plan to ensure Lifestyle on CRED functions as an engaging content platform as well - Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders across teams (including design, copy, partnerships, marketing & product) to ensure that smooth workflow and increasing returns - Planning & executing all communications for Lifestyle at CRED to all user cohorts across channels 9i app/PNs/SMS/Email etc) Basic Qualifications : - Experience in designing and executing online customer experiences - Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and leading teams - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize - Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segment recommendations - Aptitude for the organization, flexibility and producing results in a fast-paced environment - Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include Excel, and the ability to learn XML basics and our in-house tools, quickly Preferred Qualifications : - MBA/Masters degree - Experience in e-commerce marketing or communications will be preferred - Background in media planning/agencies
