Creative Project Manager (7-13 yrs)
- Key liaison between the Creative team in London, UK and internal and external partners worldwide, working to complete creative projects from brief through concept to delivery.
- Supports the Creative team in London to organise and prioritise the workload
- Develops, evolves and refines the creative project process to achieve optimum effectiveness
- Scrutinise project briefs, develops them into clearly defined project scopes and determines and secures suitable resources
- Clarifies project roles and responsibilities
- Leads project kick-offs involving all relevant parties
- Creates clear and concise plans to both execute creative projects effectively and monitor their progress
- Organise the project team, who may be geographically disparate, motivating them and steering them down a clear path
- Manages multiple campaigns with multiple deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed according to time and budget schedules
- Is a master of time management designing, monitoring and maintaining schedules ensuring all parties remain on point
- Is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on time
- Maintains effective communication, keeping the project team up-to-date with weekly status reports
- Identifies, communicates and manages project dependencies and risks
- Monitors and analyses both expenditures and team performance
