Creative Lead - Marketing/Advertising - FinTech (4-9 yrs)
We're hiring Creative Lead - Marketing/Advertising on behalf of our client Khatabook for Bengaluru location. They are offering Hybrid work option (3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The marketing team at Khatabook believes in creating a brand that speaks directly to its audience. As a Sr Manager - Creatives with the company, you will be responsible for creating brand building strategies across channels.
- Distill abstract business concepts and consumer insights into creative solutions
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them
- Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the creative team
- Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team
- Ensure that all of the organization's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines

Requirements:
Must have at least 4+ years experience into creating and managing creative campaigns
