We are seeking a Brand Manager (Sales) with a proven track record in closing deals and securing high-impact brand collaborations within Meme Marketing, Twitter/Facebook Marketing, or Ads Production. If you've successfully brought brands on board in these areas, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure high-potential leads across digital and offline channels
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, convert, and retain clients
Brand Growth & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Act as a key point of contact for brand collaborations and marketing partnerships
Sales & Negotiation
- Lead client pitches, negotiate contracts, and close impactful deals
- Create customized proposals and marketing strategies tailored to client goals
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Oversee seamless delivery of influencer campaigns and social media activations
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance strategy
- Identify emerging opportunities and new business segments
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track KPIs and sales targets with precision
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales/BD roles within marketing, advertising, or digital media
- Exceptional communication, pitch, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital and influencer marketing
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
