Company - Whitehat Jr (Work from Home) WhiteHat Jr is looking for a driven, energetic, team-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a Senior Video Producer. You are a visual thinker and storyteller with solid video production experience and a great network in the media space. You will work with creative and media agencies to produce engaging content. Your deliverables will include brand videos, social media posts, product videos and demos, and more. Responsibilities: - Liaising with creative & media agencies effectively in order to develop and design videos and promos to ensure smooth execution - Ardent content buff and clued in on social media trends. - Fierce attention to technical detail and a great sense of music and aesthetics. - Good collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with various stakeholders. - Building high-performance digital marketing experiences across display, social, mobile and online video channels. - Manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, with diverse geographically dispersed teams, across India. Global experience is a bonus. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience, preferably at an entertainment brand, advertising or creative content agency with an emphasis on integrated production including online and offline video, high impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground event activations, digital marketing and paid social campaigns. - Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localisation workflows, including understanding the creative and production process - Should have vast knowledge and network of external production resources. - Must have examples of video/promo production work demonstrating conceptual ability. Competency in all aspects of production from concept through post/delivery. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different levels of management. Also, the ability to quickly and effectively understand project requests. - Excellent multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure, and deliver projects on time.
