Creative Director - EduTech/eCommerce (8-12 yrs)

Job Description:

We are hiring for our reputed client in EdTech/Ecommerce/Education management space, a seasoned Creatie Director

This is a critical, senior role in the brand marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and building the brand personality . This is an exciting chance to establish the creative footprint for a young brand that has recently begun its journey to becoming a mass brand. We are looking for an extremely driven creative leader who will help establish the brand as the most preferred one, in the minds of our TG.

Responsibilities:

- You will lead a centralised team of graphic designers and content writers to ensure top quality creative output across different formats - print ads, banners, emailers, social posts etc.

- Working with the brand team, you will help evolve the nuances of the brand's personality and bring this out via all creative done by the team

- Take ownership for delivering consistent, high quality creative output as per various brand calendar requirements

- Periodically refresh all creative on brand assets like website, app, internal emailers etc.

- Work with internal stake holders such as program owners, to ensure the creative team is delivering all their requirements in a timely and impactful manner

- You will need to be the voice of the customer in the organisation and ensure that every single piece of creative is based on a sharp customer insight. Very deep understanding of the customer is a basic requirement for success in this role

- You will motivate the creative team to push themselves to deliver output that is award winning and in due course, stands out in the industry for its innovativeness.

Qualifications:

- You will need to have a degree in graphic design from a top tier design school

- 8 or more years of experience in design for a consumer focused brand (preferably in the digital space)

- Experienced in guiding creative teams for at least 3-4 years

- You need to have excellent proficiency in English and should be able to do some basic writing if required. You will be required to guide the copy team, so any past copywriting experience will be a plus
