Creative Director - EdTech
- You will manage day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion.
- You will also support the organization in other day-to-day content needs.
- You will create, own and communicate OKRs for the copy and content team.
- You will build, mentor, and lead a team to make an impactful growth story
Day-to-day :
- Content strategy , Writing and Editing & Art overview across performance marketing, CLM and Social communications (any and all marketing communication across platforms)
- Own the center of excellence for communications in the company
Role requirements :
- You are an exceptional writer-an incredible editor, able to understand the consumer, craft beautiful content and copy, and train a cohort of writers.
- Someone who's owned great campaigns end-to-end at agency and client-side teams is both ideal
- You have worked for a minimum of 7-9 years and have previously led a team of copy and content writers.
- You are an analytical thinker and have been a part of conceptualizing content strategy and marketing at a start-up is a good-to-have
- You have great project management skills and have worked in a dynamic environment
