Should have done FMCG work mainly Beauty and core section.

- Design background is a must.

- Great creative management abilities.

- Should be with good and high-end sense of designs.

- Someone who has handled a brand but also done branding.

- Should have worked and be comfortable with software to handle a good volume of work, fast

- Great client-facing experience.

- Good communication & presentation skills.

- Senior enough to know the challenges, people, work & clients.

- Deadline driven profile.

- Preferably from an Art College.
