The organization is looking for an experienced manager of people, someone who can inspire others, enhance other people's creative thinking abilities and bring a fresh blast of creativity to the brand as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate would have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire and execute dynamic ideas that connect with our community. Role

- Drive creative thinking abilities of the creative team. Build, lead, and oversee the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collaterals.

- Work with other teams in the company to achieve business goals and sales targets.

- Work on creative design strategies and compelling content that increase business revenues.

- Build brand guidelines, which include the basics of tonality and communication style, brand personality and philosophy.

- Create a brand position in the market with the desired brand image.

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, and photographers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.

- Execute ideas personally if and when required and make sure the quality of deliverables is maintained as per brand guidelines.

- Coordinate with outsourced designers, freelancers, or agencies whenever required and make sure they follow brand guidelines.

- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short-term and long-term needs, establishing execution schedules by collaborating with designers and copywriters in your team

- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.

- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.

- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences for our community/customers.

- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

Skills

- Knowledge in various fields of design such as UI UX, packaging, digital media, print media, motion graphics, etc.

- Knowledge of long form and short form of copy for print and digital mediums.

- Experience of working with digital brands (must)

- Deep knowledge of Adobe Master suite, which include, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, XD, Lightroom, Bridge etc.

- Relevant experience of creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and message to executing the tasks within deadlines

- Hands on with concept development and execution of campaigns

- Understanding and past experience of creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print

- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent

- Understanding of business objectives and fulfilling them with creative and innovative solutions
