Creative Design Lead/Art Director - Ed-Tech

- Looking for a Creative Design Lead/Art Director to lead the design thinking and execution of all creative design assets, including static, video and brand assets.

- They would lead a team of static designers, motion designers and videographers to deliver clutter-breaking design.

- They would work closely with brand marketing, performance marketing, communication, curriculum teams, and external agencies to elevate the design ethos across all consumer touchpoints.

The preferred candidate :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Tier 1 design institute

- 7-10 years of experience across in-house creative teams and leading creative agencies (in leading in-house creative teams in startups and/or boutique agencies)

- Should have hands-on experience in static, video design, and art

- Must have an understanding of various consumer touchpoints (app/social/web/etc.) and the ability to understand the entire customer lifecycle
