Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. MBA in marketing a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Purpose of Role :-

The role we are looking for is someone with Agency experience of 8 years and above and worked extensively on large Indian and International brands only with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

KRAs : -

- Incumbent is expected to spear head the Copywriting vertical with 8-10 copywriters and strategise and execute all the Copy related projects for the Clients / Brands

- Has strong knowledge of social media, email and website best practices and technology, and is experienced in print Has a collaborative work ethic Thrives in agile/nimble environments Is an advantage.

- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design.

- Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies

- Knowledgeable on what type of content performs well across the different channels.

- Passionate about social media platforms, trends, technology and best practices

- Amending, revising, or redeveloping ads or campaigns in response to the feedback from clients

- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion

- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly

- Leading creative presentations, production companies, photographer, typographers, designers.

- Keeping up to date with popular cultures and trends

- Meet deadlines and help team in the same, and stay within budget constraints

- Push clients towards fresh, exciting ideas

- Oversee client pitches and proposals

- Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
