Creative and Content head/Director


- We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead our company's creative & Content department who is able to interpret business requirements, audience demand and client briefs(as given by sales team) quickly and translate them into creative solutions and content for the channel.


- The Creative Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining a standard of design excellence for all visual aspects of the all our brands including, but not limited to on-air broadcast and digital properties. The Creative Director will set the visual tone for the TV & Digital network and brand to elevate consumer perception of our content and brand in all touch-points.

- The Creative Director will provide leadership and direction for the conceptual development, design and production of video and digital assets for use in broadcast, presentation, and digital/social tactics. Your influence on these projects will define the visual identity of the all brands to our audience, customers and internal stakeholders.

- The position requires a highly organised and thoughtful individual who is ready to be a hands-on leader to inspire teams from every aspect of the company to thrive creatively Often working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the creative director must be skilled at overseeing a creative team (including but not limited to: Producers, directors, art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic designers, writers, Executive producers, channel heads, artists).


- This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of Conceptualisation, Content, design, production and process improvement, including art direction, set design, digital and on-air asset design, and project management.


- The creative director must be exceptional at pitching data driven creative concepts to sales and company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

- Source movie scripts, Serial scripts etc., for producing content for TV Network & Digital.

- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.

- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.

- Create a cohesive brand identity for use in all aspects of TV & Digital network

- Establish and drive consistent process for content development and execution across teams

- Lead the brands to next level of on-air network creative development

- Development of brand identity to be used across all platforms and tactics

- Direct and lead design for on-air graphics products from concept through detailed execution

- Provide strategic guidance to ensure that design solutions & conceptualisation support business goals

- Ensure that teams deliver projects that are creatively on target and technically sound

- Collaborate with internal teams to create design elements that align across platforms and tactics

- Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions.

- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.

- Pitch ideas confidently and present their creative vision clearly to stakeholders, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of your team.

- Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.

- Ensure that all of the organization's creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.

- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Requirements:

- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience creatively directing complex solutions for digital products.

- Intimate knowledge of TV network design and brand development

- Exceptional conceptual skills and sound strategic instincts

- Deep understanding of on-air design, video content, and typography

- Highly process oriented with experience managing complex multi-platform creative elements

- Experience building brand systems including on-air video executions

- Understanding of digital and social creative best practices

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial work environment

- Calm presence in active workplace with respectful leadership skills

- Articulate written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with being executive facing

- Ability to manage workflow and deadlines for multiple projects across teams

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in content, brand building & marketing, preferably with a broadcast network, particularly with, but not limited to digital trends, and emerging technologies with a solid understanding of Design.

- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.

- Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.

- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and determine a creative vision that matches client briefs.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

- Extensive supervisory experience (including leadership, team-building, and delegation) leading and managing a creative team.

- A solid grasp of art history, design history, photography and the visual arts, pop culture, and counterculture; fluency in current technology, politics, a deep understanding of the zeitgeist of social tastes and current affairs.

- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
