Creative Brand Manager - Startup (4-9 yrs)

Brand Manager :

- As part of the Marketing team, the Brand Manager will play a critical role in creative and communication design for driving new user acquisitions or retention of existing users. 


- You will be required to conduct research and analyse findings and understand various personas of Facebook Group Administrators. Basis your study, you will be expected to define the various Target Audiences and build personalized communication approaches for each segment. Once the target audience is defined, you will have to segment it into smaller addressable Target Groups. Then you will have to leverage the consumer insights to create communication messages for these TGs. Once you have a communication strategy ready, you will write copy and visualize communication elements and work with the designers to produce the final creative.

- One of the key channels of advertising in early stages of our business is going to be Facebook Ads. This means that you will have to produce creative design that is interactive and engaging while following the brand guidelines and digital advertising guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning :

- You will be given some existing insights and research data to study.

- You will be required to conduct your own research through qualitative surveys or quantitative surveys and derive Personas, TG definition and Consumer Insights.

- You will be expected to study data and understand the user flow on the website.

- Basis your study, you will be expected to come up with a communication strategy and a creative communication plan.

Communication Design & Execution:

- You will be working with Marketing Head to understand the broad acquisition, conversion, revenue, and retention strategy.

- You will be working individually or with a research agency to:

- Gather market research data and findings.

- Gather any specific data that you may need.

- In consultation with Marketing Head, you will prepare and execute a monthly/quarterly creative calendar for various acquisition and conversion campaigns.

- Take Full ownership of the execution of various campaigns on acquisition and conversion.

- Work with creative designers/web designers to ensure the timely execution of campaigns.

- Provide copy and scripts for video ads.

- Work with a graphic designer to create various creative like video ads, banners, emails, website content, images, landing pages, microsites, etc.

- Manage and own project timelines, creative quality, and content effectiveness.

- Ensure timely delivery of creatives to respective networks, agencies and in house teams.

- Work with web designers and technology teams to ensure the web content is updated regularly on time.

- Create/Work within the reporting framework to analyze the effectiveness of all campaigns.

- Engage in data analysis to improve and refine campaign performance.

Profile of Brand Manager - [E - Expected] [D - Desirable]

-  MBA Marketing or Fine Arts from a well-reputed college

 - 3-7 years of experience in marketing, communication, market research

 - Experience in digital creative/communication design for online advertising, content marketing, and social media marketing.

 - Strong eye for detail in creative design, communication design, and obsessed with quality.

 - Excellent project management skills.

 - Excellent communication skills and a strong command over English language (oral and written).

 - Out of the box thinker and innovator.

 - Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the consumer mindset.

 - Experience in running new user acquisition programs or running customer retention programs.

 - Experience in communication design for an online commerce company.
