Creative Art Director

This is for one of the leading ecommerce giant.

Location- Mumbai

We are looking for a Creative Art Director having working knowledge of designing software like Photoshop, illustrator etc. Having an eye for design aesthetic. Must have a keen interest in fashion line age. Below are the few points to describe the role :

- Lead the overall design thinking for private labels.

- Develop and execute the brand visual guidelines across all touch points.

- Art direct shoots for PLs - catalogue shoots, collections launch, brand shoots for still and video assets, social media shoots.

- Lead, coach and train a team of junior graphic designers.

- Work with the product team, commercial teams, and business heads to drive the design thinking across all online and offline touch points.

- Create and execute brand launch plans and sustenance plans. E.g. daily website banners emailers, marketing collaterals, in store POS etc.

- Candidates should have a portfolio that demonstrates their conceptualization and art direction skills in imagery/video/graphics/gifs segment.

- 10+ years of experience developing strategically grounded, brilliant creative with good verbal and written communications skills.

- Hands on experience and passion for visual storytelling with excellent presentation, typography and layout skills

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills who can work in tandem with the rest of the creative teams across different verticals.

- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

- Ability to work in collaboration with different stakeholders and business.
