CPO Technology Transformation Lead - IT Services & Consulting - Bangalore- 8+ Years

Looking for a professional with 8-15 years of experience supporting IT applications in CPO Transformation. Having exposure in driving the implementation and adoption of new technologies that will ensure ease of use, increase efficiency and improved end user/vendor satisfaction, while still ensuring that the existing investments are tapped to their full potential and will work with various internal and external parties to enable the desired transformation outcomes.

Hands on work on Ariba and Java is must.

Responsibilities:

- Having 8+ years of experience supporting IT applications (implementation and support)

- Directing, supporting and managing the transformation initiatives within CPO.

- Driving automation and process efficiency through Six Sigma and Lean project, process transformation and automation initiatives including RPA and Holmes

- Ariba Adoption and automation for PR-PO, Contract Invoicing, Contract PR-PO, Catalogue, Supplier Ariba adoption, Digital invoice processing, guided buying etc.

- New technology reviews, bench marking with industry best practices and finalization scorecards and implementation of new technologies/tools

- Compliance review and facilitate signoffs for new implementations with respective Security and governance team.

- Has in-depth techno-functional knowledge of SAP MM, Ariba P2P applications.

- Continually works with the Cluster leadership to understand the challenges and communicate the execution vision/strategy

- Accountable for project management of all new implementations in terms of the planning, progress and report out

- Support day to day business operations (BAU) for S2P processes.
