PROJECT MANAGER 1. Over all in charge for sub project, responsible for day today project execution activities and full process oversight of project team 2. Ensure project team is adequately resourced to achieve project goals Inspire project team to achieve goals through effective leadership 3. Ensure approval of materials in collaboration with designers and contractors with in the basic prices referred. 4. Substantial involvement during Documentation, monitor finalize budget, award contracts, and release construction.Substantial involvement during Construction, Staging and Closeout to ensure construction completion and finalize invoicing. 5. Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary. MIS Reporting, cash flows generation etc. 6. Work across the department to roll out new initiatives and conduct meetings to monitor targets. 7. Design management in coordination with internal design team. 8. Contracts &amp; Procurement management in coordination with Internal procurement team 9. Coordination with Architects, consultants etc. Job Location- Chennai Years of experience - 10+ years Required Education - BE (Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering)
