City Lead- Customer Success

CoWrks is seeking a driven Customer Success City Lead- Hyderabad. The professional will be responsible for :

- Growing CoWrks membership across startups, small & medium sized business and Fortune 1000 Enterprises, while continuing to support the CoWrks brand and community.

- Meeting or exceeding CoWrks growth targets in the market with strong ability to lead and scale business.

- Developing and implementing standard methodologies in the market to improve lead generation, prospecting, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.

- Building & furthering key relationships with Founders, CXO's Corporate Heads of Real Estate, CFOs, Heads of HR and other business leaders.

- Understanding their workspace needs, business performance and expansion plans

- Identifying how CoWrks can supercharge their business

- Demonstrating the CoWrks value proposition and the power of the CoWrks Community

- Keeping track of market trends, competition and the macroeconomic workplace landscape

- Contributing to the CoWrks Community either via members or alliances that generate value or engagement opportunities for the community at large

Position goals & objectives : 


Business Development :

- Develop key relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers of a plethora of large enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology companies

- Arrange quarterly meetings with key prospect partners to understand business needs

- Strategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leads

- Identify how to address decision maker, influencer and user groups differently based on needs

- Plan & Implement Growth strategies for the identified industry & market segments

- Execute outreach strategy surrounding brokers and other real estate partners who refer new members to CoWrks

Transactions :

- Conduct walkthroughs / tours at various CoWrks locations

- Develop customized deal proposals for leads with a sense of urgency

- Dedicatedly negotiate & close deals with a balanced approach

- Persuade channel partners/influencers to close transactions

- Dedicated approach to drive outbound sales initiative

Market research :

- Understand market trends

- Understand spatial data, real estate micro-markets, and demand drivers

- Track competition across geographies

- Track competitor movement across engagement initiatives/events

- Track regulatory changes or public policy initiatives that could open up opportunities or pose threats to growth

Roles & responsibilities :

- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual membership and earnings targets for the market

- Represent the brand at various conferences/networking events/business development initiatives

- Identify industry events and networking/business development opportunities

- Develop & lead with enthusiasm & systematically effective business relationship with key accounts

- Collaborate with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances, etc.

- End-to-end transaction management

Qualifications / attributes :

- Mandatory : minimum of 5 years Real Estate Experience

- Commercial / Office or Capital Markets leasing experience preferred

- Minimum Years of Work Experience : 10 years

- Well-versed in Enterprise / SaaS Sales tools or CRM tool
