Coversandall.com - SEM Specialist (7-10 yrs)
This person will be responsible for growing the business through Affiliate Marketing & online partnerships via CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA & Tenancy deals.
In this ROI-focused role, you will identify and develop opportunities , driving aggressive, profitable growth.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of managerial, strategic, commercial and creative thinking qualities along with the ability to adopt a hands-on approach to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Planning (identifying the right channel, budgeting, targeting, timing)
- Effectively managing meta channels to drive cost effective ROI.
- Measure and report performance of all Affiliate digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Proven track record building Affiliate Performance Marketing strategy from scratch.
Skills/Competencies:
- Experience in Digital marketing
- Experience in content marketing, affiliate channels
- Hands-on experience in designing and launching digital media campaigns in at least one of the digital platforms.
- Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem solving, experimenting and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution.
- Prior experience in E-commerce/internet startup is a must.
- Customer centric and problem-solving mindset.
