About the Role :

At Coverfox, we are on a high pace, high performance growth trajectory and we are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker, work as core HR role in scaling the team with the right talent, curating & implementing retention, engagement & employee experience activities, manage performance appraisals, be hands on in HR operations - in a nutshell, work across facets of HR.

The role has following opportunities:

- Take end-to-end responsibility of core HR functions in our journey from startup to scaleup.

- High accountability and high visibility - working with leadership directly and closely to drive HR initiatives aligned to business vision.

- Directly contribute towards culture setting and creating employer brand while effectively meeting challenges that a startup faces!

Key responsibilities:

- Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative hiring sourcing, screening and interviewing process. Build campus connects and employer brand to attract the right talent.

- Support current and anticipated business requirements by ringfencing the key talent, identifying & plugging gaps in development, and engaging meaningfully with the employee pool.

- Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience and employee communications.

- Implement performance reviews in letter & spirit with a view to reinforce performance driven culture at work.

- Maintain and publish HR dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- Experience of 7 to 12 years in Human Resources with atleast 3+ years in talent acquisition and 3+ years in HR business partnering roles.

- Must have: experience in start-up or high growth organization.

- Must have: Post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the "degree" credential.

- Must have: ability to thrive in ambiguity, high on solution orientation, ability to work with stakeholders across businesses / tech, high ownership

- Team management experience is good to have.
