About the Role:

- Reporting to the CFO, the role has in it the opportunity to work extensively on financial modelling and analysis for existing and future business priorities.

- It will be an individual contributor role with support from stakeholders / interns.

Your key goals & responsibilities:

- Develop financial models and details business analysis / plans to conduct business valuations and projections for the future.

- Develop financial models to analyse variances in revenue and expense, business metrics and industry trends.

- Manage financial reporting and publish dashboards with metrics for business decisions, investor relations and relevant decks. Perform ad hoc business analysis and financial reporting on regular and need basis.

- Budgeting and forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual P&L in consultation with Business.

- Identify incomplete / inaccurate data, root causes of data issues and fix data where possible to arrive at a solution.

- Cover all aspects of analysis from proposals, projects, financial due diligence, variances, profitability analysis, forecast costs, pipeline analysis etc.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

- CFA / MBA (Finance) qualified with at 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance function with Consulting Firms or in Strategy function. Experience in start-ups is a plus.

- Proficient in spreadsheets (MS Excel) and knowledge of analytical tools.

- Strong academics and analytical skills. Experience in creating business plans & valuations.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
